Other documents, including statements, remittances, chase letters and reports may also be viewed and downloaded.
The downloading of documents are recorded and optionally alerted to the user responsible for the customer or supplier in question.
Your customer may also raise queries or promises to pay against invoices via the portal. In turn, these activities are alerted to the credit control team as events quickly and efficiently, supplementing the chase process.
Any interaction with your customers or suppliers, such as queries, phone calls and letters, are recorded and updated within the portal, ensuring your customers or suppliers have access to a complete audit of all their activities.
Within your business the portal may also be used to extend the spread of information and sphere of influence to non core system users at branches or different locations. This enables all relevant stakeholders to participate and positively contribute to the financial management of the company. |
