Account managementMaintaining happy customersEach Safe customer is assigned an account manager who is responsible for the on going business relationship, ensuring continued mutual benefit. The account manager will conduct regular meetings with the customer for the life of the installation, providing continuity and an efficient communications channel. These regular meetings will be to keep the customer abreast of new product developments and to review the previous periods support activity to ensure that we are achieving our ‘business partnership’ goals. Supplementing the account management process, Safe host periodic seminars, user forums and conferences to inform, educate and discuss topical issues that may affect the day to day business of our clients. These events also present valuable networking opportunities with peers within the same business sectors and assist Safe in focusing future product development on business requirements of our customers. Our web site offers existing and prospective customers with a wealth of information with existing customers having access to view and download product literature, release notes, and training guides. |
